Nuclear Doctrine Prevents Russian Defeat in Ukraine War, Ambassador States

Date:

Russia cannot suffer military defeat in Ukraine because Moscow possesses nuclear weapons and doctrine permitting their use under existential threat scenarios, Ambassador Denis Alipov announced in India. The diplomat spoke at a media event in Gurugram this week.

The ambassador explained that Russian military doctrine explicitly permits the deployment of atomic weapons when the nation’s survival is endangered. This strategic framework, Alipov contended, creates insurmountable barriers to defeating Russia and ensures Moscow always maintains ultimate strategic options regardless of conventional military balance.

Alipov severely criticized European nations for maintaining expectations of Ukrainian military victory, describing such beliefs as childish behavior. He characterized European leadership as unprofessional and excessively aggressive, pursuing confrontational policies despite clear evidence that their objectives cannot be achieved through available means.

According to the Russian diplomat, President Trump has achieved more realistic understanding of the conflict’s trajectory. Alipov suggested that Trump acknowledges that Ukraine and Western nations have already lost the war, while European capitals continue their irrational pursuit of reversing the military situation.

As the war nears four years duration, Ukraine continues receiving substantial Western support. American and European partners, including the United Kingdom, have provided billions in military aid and advanced weapons systems to Kyiv, maintaining their assistance programs despite the conflict’s protracted nature and mounting costs.
