President Donald Trump acknowledged progress in discussions with Iran but conceded the difficulty of reaching a conclusive deal. He noted that Iran retains part of its missile and drone arsenal notwithstanding the prolonged conflict.
Meanwhile, the situation remains tense in Lebanon, where recent skirmishes between Israeli forces and armed factions have further complicated regional peace initiatives. This continuing violence poses additional challenges to securing a broader and enduring ceasefire throughout the Middle East.
