AndaSeat’s new Phantom 4 Series of ergonomic chairs is designed to adapt to the natural movements users make during activities like working, gaming, or reading. The product aims to enhance comfort by accommodating shifts in posture without requiring constant manual adjustments.
A standout feature of the Phantom 4 Series is its Dynamic Auto-Tracking Lumbar system. This system allows users to choose from 15 locking positions within a 0–95 mm adjustment range for optimal lumbar support. The lumbar component can also swivel approximately 5 degrees to either side and tilt up to 25 degrees forward and backward, ensuring continuous support as users adjust their sitting position.
The series includes two models, the Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro, both equipped with a 55 kg/m³ cold-cure foam seat. This provides a stable seating base and offers up to 135 degrees of backrest recline and around 15 degrees of rocking motion to encourage deliberate changes in seating position. The Phantom 4 features 2D armrests, an adjustable memory-foam head pillow, and a butterfly tilt mechanism. In contrast, the Phantom 4 Pro offers more advanced features like 3D 360-degree rotating armrests and a multifunction tilt mechanism with tilt-lock capability.
According to AndaSeat’s design philosophy, effective ergonomic seating should provide a stable foundation while allowing for adaptive movement. This approach is based on the understanding that users naturally change positions rather than maintaining a single posture for long durations.
The Phantom 4 Series is designed with the goal of balancing stability and mechanical responsiveness, emphasizing a user-friendly experience that aligns with real-world sitting habits.
